Manager FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How does my office starting using VectorImpact?

Reach out to Fred Glaeser to make sure your office is turned on to use VectorImpact first!

What platforms are supported?

Both VectorImpact and MyCutcoRep are supported on both Android and iOS.

Where do I go to download the VectorImpact or MyCutcoRep?

The apps are downloaded just like TeamBuilder - off of VectorLive.

Are these apps available for use right now?

YES!

How much does VectorImpact cost for my reps to use?

Right now, there is no cost to use VectorImpact with your reps. To view your team members' VI data, you need to be a WebPDI subscriber. WebPDI will be the hub for seeing VI rep data for your entire office, division, or region.

How does a rep set up an account?

Assuming your office is turned on to use the VI, an active rep just plugs in their last name and rep number. VI will reach out to VectorLive to verify the info. The rep can then onboard themselves, setting up their photo, bio, and password.

Does this replace WebPDI?

No. WebPDI will continue to act as the managers' hub for viewing team stats and sending messages to the team. WebPDI WILL integrate with VectorImpact data, however, to be the ultimate manager tool!

How does this sync with WebPDI?

  • Check out this summary video (as of Oct 12th)
  • Scheduled Appts in VectorImpact to Demos in PDI Sheet columns
  • Demo Goals in VI to Demo Goals in PDI Sheet columns
  • Trainees auto-sync even before they launch
  • VectorImpact Performance Dashboard per rep
  • Team Activity Dashboard (phone jam tracker)

What purpose does MyCutcoRep serve and how does it work?

Customers download the app to "rate" their rep. At the end of the demo, the rep can ask the customer for referrals. The customer can load their contact list and sync contacts directly from their phone to the rep's VectorImpact Potential Customer list! A customer can also set up a three-way text with a selfie image to increase the potency of the referral. The rep introduces the app when they confirm their appointment via SMS.

How do reps add contacts from their phone's contact list to VI?

Under the People section, just click the Friends tab. Then click the Plus button next to any contact you want to turn into a potential customer. By default, only the contacts that you add get added to VectorImpact's backend.

How does a rep make a list of people to call?

They don't, actually. The app does it for them! The "brain" of VectorImpact keeps track of the status of each contact and intelligently decides what tasks to generate for the contact.

Example: As soon as a contact gets added as a potential customer, VI creates a Book Appointment task. When the rep books an appointment for the contact, a Send Confirmation task is created. Tasks are ordered by priority to make it easy for reps to know what to do next.

Can a rep manage their schedule in the app?

Yes! Reps can book appointments and sync their schedule with their device's Calendar. Editing calendar events in the the device's Calendar app will update in VI as well when the rep revisits the VI schedule.

Does this replace TeamBuilder?

Yes, it will. Reps will not have to download a separate application. Any contact marked as a potential customer or archived will not show up in the TeamBuilder Friends list, making it easier to submit names.

How is this related to Queue?

There is no relation.

How long have you been working on these apps?

These apps have been in development for almost 2 years with Vector leadership involved the entire step of the way.

Who is leading the development of these apps?

Fred Glaeser, Mike Monroe, and Stephen Rhyne are the creators of the project. Fred Glaeser is leading the development team in coordination with Throwing Boulders LLC (makers of WebPDI, Apex, ConveYour, and VMC ConveYour)

I want to migrate my contacts over to VectorImpact. How do I do that?

Please email support@webpdi.com with the following information:

  • Your first name, last name, rep number, and 4-character office number.
  • Your desired account email and your mobile phone number.
  • Using a copy of this template for structure, attach a spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, CSV) with your contacts. The template has the following columns:
    • first_name
    • last_name
    • mobile
    • email (Optional)
    • score (Number between 0-3)
    • state (One of the below values)
      • scheduled (We will not create Book Appointment tasks automatically)
      • added (We will make Book Appointment tasks list for each contact to start following up with. So only use this status if you want tasks created for you. )
