How You Can Recommend Friends to the Sales Rep Position:
In the VectorImpact app, navigate to your Friends list by selecting More in the bottom-right, and then Team Builder.
Review the Will's and Wont's and select Begin.
This list will show all of your device contacts who are not marked as a prospect or business.
All contacts will be automatically selected by default.
If any contacts are missing a first name, you can add one by selecting Fix, making the change, and clicking Save. Note: This will NOT change your contact's name on your device, just the VectorImpact app.
Once all names have been fixed and selected, click Submit.
Verify that all names are work appropriate.
To change a name from here, click on the contact, make the change, and click Save.
Selecting the three-line icon on the search bar will show a suggested list of names that may need to be adjusted.
Select Next.
If there are any Special Introductions (these will be specified by your manager), you can select them here by clicking on the Star next to their name.
For each starred contact you will be able to specify how you know them and why you think they will do well in the job.
After this you will be taken to the Final Summary screen. From here, you can:
Add another contact manually.
Select more contacts from your contact list.
