Start by having the customer download the MyCutcoRep app on Google Play or the App Store.
Your customer will get a link sent to them via text, but they can also just search "MyCutcoRep." The first result will take them straight to the page on the app store.
Have them watch the customer video, enter your rep number, and select Find Rep.
A confirmation screen will have them enter in the 4-digit meeting number and select Confirm Meeting.
After confirming the time for the appointment, they will be presented with survey questions.
The customer will complete the survey and select Submit Feedback. They will be directed to your Rep Page with your name, number, and bio.
How to Get Customer Referrals
From your rep page, the customer can select Share.
They will need to grant access to their contacts.
Select the people they would like to recommend you to and click Share Contacts.
Selecting View Shared will allow them to see the contacts they've decided to share.
To introduce a contact, have them select Introduce next to the contact's name.
They can take a selfie with you and preview the introduction message.
Have them select Create Message to open up a three-way SMS text message with you, the customer, and your new referral.
Once they've sent the message they can select Introduced next to that contact.
Repeat this process for the rest of your referrals.
