The Easiest Way to Call through a Batch of Prospects

When you open the Phone Now tab, you will see two different options for calling prospects.

Option 1

• Select Line Up Prospects.
• Select the contacts you would like to call in the order you prefer.
  • You can use the Plus icon to call a prospect that has not yet been recorded.
  • Use the search bar to find prospects in your list easily. 
• Select Start Phoning Prospects to begin your phone jam.
• Select Call and agree on an appointment time with the customer if they pick up. 
  • Select Booked Appointment and enter the time, date, medium (in-person or virtual), language, and the prospect's email. Select Save to finalize. 
• If your prospect asks you to call back later, select Call Back and enter the date and time that you will reach out next. 
  • VectorImpact will automatically send you a reminder when it's time to call again. 
• If your prospect didn't pick up, select Didn’t Answer and choose whether or not you left a voicemail.
  • You can also Redial or Send a Text.
• If you have the wrong number, select Wrong Number and then save the number for future reference by selecting Stash. 
  •   Later, you can follow up with people who know this prospect for an updated phone number. 
• If the prospect declines, you can mark them as Declined. 

After your phone jam is finished, you can start another by clicking Line Up More Prospects and repeat these steps.

Option 2

• Select Start Phoning to work through all of your prospects immediately.
